RCT C - Treatment Arms
RCT C ARM 1: DIGOXIN plus FLECAINIDE

0.5 mg Digoxin q 8hrs
(total 4 doses over 32 hrs)
Aim: therapeutic maternal trough level of 1.5-2.0 ng/ml or 1.9-2.6 nmol/L
plus
100 mg Flecainide (TID) (300 mg/day)
RCT C ARM 2: DIGOXIN plus SOTALOL

0.5 mg Digoxin q 8hrs
(total 4 dosesover 32 hrs)
Aim: therapeutic maternal trough level of 1.5-2.0 ng/ml or 1.9-2.6 nmol/L
plus
160 mg Sotalol (BID) (320 mg/day)
